Printing
What settings should I use?
US Letter paper, at 100% or "Actual size." Don't use "Fit to page," or the pieces won't match the glue-down sheet.
Which paper do I put in?
Each cut page names its paper color at the top. Load that color and print that page. No colored paper? Print on white and color the pieces.
How do I print just one animal from the 4-Pack?
Page 2 of the pack lists each animal's page range. In your print window, choose "Pages" and type that range.
Building
Some numbers are missing. Is that a mistake?
No, it's on purpose. Some numbers are printed on a piece you glue down earlier, so the next spot appears as you build.
What's the difference between Cut, Easy-Cut and Tear-It?
Cut pages have thick black lines. Easy-Cut pages add a gray band, so anywhere in the band is right. Tear-It pages need no scissors: tear in the wide band, starting at the little notch. Pieces too small to tear become draw-on steps.
My kid wants to stop halfway.
That's fine. Look for the stopping spots in the guide. Everything keeps until tomorrow.

What does "yours for good" mean?
Every kit you buy stays in your Payhip or Etsy account. Download and reprint it whenever you like, for as long as Scrapling Studio is open.
Do I get updates?
Yes, free. When we improve or correct a kit, everyone who bought it gets the new version. We'll email Payhip customers when an update is ready.
What is the Tricky Eye Award?
The Tricky Eye is the one who notices everything. If you spot a real mistake in one of our downloadable kits (a wrong number, a missing piece, pieces that don't line up, a typo or a wrong page number), email hello@scraplingstudio.com with the kit name and page number. A photo helps. We'll fix it for everyone, and the first person to report each mistake picks any kit, free.
What doesn't count?
Things like "I'd like a different color." We love ideas too, so send them, but the free kit is for real mistakes. One free kit per mistake found.
Orders and refunds
How do I get my files?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link on screen and by email.
Can I get a refund?
Because files download instantly, sales are final. If a file won't open, prints wrong or is missing pages, email us and we'll fix it or make it right.
Licenses
What does Family use cover?
Printing as many copies as you like for the kids in your own home.
What does One classroom cover?
Printing for one teacher's class or one therapy caseload. Please don't share the file itself with other teachers; send them to us instead.
