The short version: we collect as little as we can, and we never collect photos of children.

What this website collects

Nothing that identifies you. This site has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no ad trackers. Our web host may keep basic technical logs (like which pages load) to keep the site running and safe.

When you buy something

Checkout happens on our store partners (such as Payhip, Etsy, Stripe or PayPal). They collect your name, email and payment details to complete your order and send your download. We receive your name, email and what you bought so we can help with your order. We never see or store your full card number. Each partner's own privacy policy also applies.

When you email us

If you write to hello@scraplingstudio.com, we keep your message only to answer you and help with your order.

Custom storybooks and Scraplings

Personalized products use a written description of your child, never photos. We ask only for what the story needs, like a nickname and favorite things, use it only to make your order, and delete it when you ask.

Children

Our products are for kids, but this site and our checkout are for grown-ups. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We never sell your information

We don't sell or rent anyone's information, and we don't share it except with the partners above to complete your order.

Questions or deletion requests

Email hello@scraplingstudio.com and we'll answer, update or delete what we have.
